Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Device
Ensure the electronics are factory reset, free of personal data, and placed back in their original packaging with all included cables and accessories.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring no old barcodes are visible.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians verify the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
